Provides an alternate way to drain the intake pipes during the quest, Waters Of Life, in case trying to enter the pipes is causing anyone\'s game to crash to desktop. A small fix I created for myself that I decided to share after seeing other people still having this same problem this late in the game\'s life.

Permission??? Do whatever you want with it. It changes ONE thing to keep the game from crashing at a point where it has ALWAYS crashed for me. I just hope it helps anyone from now on. :)

During the quest Waters Of Life, trying to enter the Grate to Pump Controls in the Jefferson Memorial has crashed my game every time, no matter the updates, no matter the settings, regardless of mods, or without mods. I got tired of using the console commands to cheat my way past this part of the quest every single play through, so I created this fix to preserve that sense of immersion. This fix simply moves the Pump Controls from inside the intake pipes to the end of the metal catwalk that circles the Jefferson Memorial. This way you can avoid bothering with the console commands, and continue your game without breaking immersion.
After James asks you to drain the intake pipes, instead of heading to the Grate in the back of the building, go back outside and take the ramp immediately to your right. Go straight, and you should see the Pipe Controls at the end of the catwalk. (Or just watch the video)
