Adds the Steyr Aug A1 to Fallout 3 which uses JoeFoxx's bullpup reload animations and grip.

This mod has been remade after my original version had been accidentally removed.
In this version the Vertical Grip is left down with the left hand gripping it in the idle pose, however the hand still overshoots the grip when aiming as with other torso movements. i hope to get this fixed as soon as i figure out how to edit spline translation data.
