This mod does one simple thing - removes fog from all the game, which in turn greatly improves performance.
In my case, after enabling plugin(disabling fog), in heavily fogged areas FPS jumped from 20-30 to 50-60.
Installation: 1. Extract archive 2. Copy the plugin(FogRemover.esp) to your Data directory 3. Activate it using FalloutLauncher or Fallout Mod Manager(FOM) 4. Enjoy !
