changelog: New offices were added, vendors appearances and names were changed but still function as vendors as before, there are NPC's called Off duty Knight or Off duty paladin.. to increase realism, a unused room in the citadel has been turned into a relax room with a pool table and some chairs and finally default NPC's have been added to the offices for them to interact and make it look ... cool xD :L but no new npc's were made. That is all thank you !
There's been a change of plans, i am stopping contruction of this mod but the good news is, is that im uploading all that i have done .. which its about 80% done :P soooo .. ill be uploading 2.5 very soon

3.0 expectations and what already done
Chillax room .. has new npc's called "Off Duty Knight" or Paladin to expand the realism of the place, a pool table and some couches.
Im in the middle of adding offices in B ring for someone's requesting but i thought it was a good idea anyway
also changed the vendor into a scribe to make more sense with military procedures
I would also like some ideas or requests which ever, on what to do in ring A for adding new rooms and such. 29/11/2012

2.0 has a vendor located downstairs in the citadel lap called "Paladin Raylan" and also a repair man which is far better at repairing than the original vendor in the citadel called "Knight Galany"
I also added a few more scribes to the main frame room and other rooms near that, iv completed all the rings with high tech and what looks to be an organized base of operations.

Ill be happy to take requests on interiors that need redecorating or for personal use and such for instance more rooms of the citadel because until people ask me to do what they prefer, this is it, ill make an exception for bugs.
Well i always wanted to make the brotherhood to look at least a little below if not on-par on technology or fanciness standards compared to the enclave instead of living in a rusty broken down pentagon. I think quite alot of people will agree when not only having a new looking interior citadel will be good for change, but to make it feel like the brother hood even stands a chance against the Enclave, which previously i didn't think they would the wonderer practically wins the war for them.
So this project is based on making the citadel cooler, fancier, more of a technological atmosphere.
which could include bunker doors, cool lights, large computer systems and mainframes more npc and many more !. so stay tuned on this mod as i will be updating it very often once the main file is up.. which will take .. a day ? at the most. thanks :).
