Quick overhaul to the "Night Person" perk. I kept the +2 perception but replaced the +2 INT with a 25% stealth field while sneaking at night.
I reworded the perk description. You still get it at lvl 10. There are no other conditions.
Works indoors and out. Ends promptly at 6 AM and starts at 6 PM
Pretty simple. Enjoy. Because let's face it the original perk sucked ass.
