Well hello there people. :)
It's been ages since any work was done on the mod, my co-developer (Jamo12) no longer mods for Fallout 3 and seeing as it's a joint project with us both doing all the storyline it doesn't feel right to continue by myself.
With that I officially cancel development on the Coalition for Fallout 3.
Now, when Fallout 4 eventually comes out I will definitely look into bringing the Coalition back for that as long as the mod tools are similar to Fallout 3/NV.
Finally, the license/usage rights for the current assets in the mod.
1) You may modify the contents of this mod for personal use without permission
2) You may not release modified versions or mirrors of the download UNLESS you have the permission of myself. (Message me on the forums for permission, don't comment on the mod)
3) This mod contains assets from the authors listed in the credits section. Those assets remain the work and property of the respective authors and require their permission if you want to use them outside of the mod.
Thanks for everything guys, this mod has been amazing and I'm glad to have shared it with you.

- Added Senior Archivist Ellis to the ground floor.
- Added the first "Occupation" side quest for Ellis, need to have done the four main quests before you can get it.
- Moved the CST personnel near the vertibird to the CST office in the lower levels.
- Added a side quest for Senior Technologist Kara in the CST office, need to have done the four main quests before you can get it.
- Fixed most (if not all) bugs, including the guard wandering around the wasteland to find the player.
- Added the Coalition Field Manual to the download, be sure to check it out! :)
The Coalition is a new faction within the Fallout Universe. They arrived in the Capital Wasteland in 2277 seeking new territory and wealth. Armed with some of the most powerful energy weapons and the most advanced non-powered armor of any of the Major factions they are a force to be reckoned with.
However their position within the Wasteland is a fragile one, with little resources or manpower and a shortage of supplies. The Lone Wanderer will help the Wasteland branch of the Coalition to prosper in this new land.

- This is currently only a snapshot of what is to come as there are many more features planned for the main release.
- Installation details can be found in the Readme in the download.
- Satcom 95 is south of the Nuka Cola Plant and is map markered.
