In vanilla Fallout 3, you gain 25% more XP on Hard and 50% more on Very Hard. Same works in the other direction on Easy and Very Easy, gaining 25% and 50% less XP respectively. This is retarded. We change the difficulty of the game because we want the game to be harder/easier. Not because we want more/less XP. The extra XP can wind up off-setting the difficulty gain of the higher difficulties, while the reduced XP can have an even greater effect on the difficulty drop of the lower difficulties.
With this mod, that all goes away. This sets the XP multiplier for each difficulty to 1, so that what's worth 30 XP on Normal is worth 30 on Very Easy and 30 on Very Hard.
~Installation~ Install with your favorite mod manager or just drop the ESP into your Data Folder. Enable it and away you go.
~Compatibility~ Load after FWE, FWE changes the multipliers of the higher difficulties, but they're still higher than that of Normal.
