Container requires a key, just complete the "power of the atom" quest (disable bomb DO NOT ARM THE BOMB!!!)
it is the Megaton house key so if you already have it then you're all good to go.
Weapon Mod;
- Enhanced Minigun (Damage wise - kills instantly)
- Increased ammo clip (only by 15, i tried 500 but for some odd reason it kept at 255)
- Scope
