THIS README FILE CONTAINS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE MOD.

Story
=====
You have just escaped from vault 101 and head west towards a long bridge.
You soon find it covered in Raiders but you also notice something unusual, there is a truck trailer at the entrance to the bridge that appears to contain the help you have been looking for.
You decide to make the trailer your own, no matter what the cost!

Known Issues and Caution
========================
1. Not compatible with game version 1.5. Upgrade to v1.6 or above.


INSTALLATION
============
1. Download the 7z file.

2. Unpack the 7z file to your game folder \Fallout3\Data\*.esp

3. Copy the \textures\ folder to your game's \Data\ folder. Since this replaces NONE of the vanilla textures, you can over-write if asked.
\Fallout3\data\textures\williesea\*

4. Activate the mod from the 'Data Files' list on your start menu.

5. Play the game. Find the bridge.


Starting the Mod
================
Head West from the entrance of Vault 101 towards the bridge. There is a truck trailer at its beginning.
- Check the included map for the location.


The special benefits of this mod for you!

ALL CONTAINERS IN THIS TRAILER ARE MARKED TO BE IGNORED BY NPC's.

01. Merchant
-------------
- Repair items to 100%
- Trade with 20000 Bottle Caps
- Get a Haircut
- Get Plastic Surgery
- When activated, if merchant has less than 10K bottle caps, merchant will get 10K more bottlecaps.

02. A Teleporting Hat
----------------------
NOTE: No locations were changed, I used existing teleport markers at each location.
- Equip to activate it.
-- Go Home to levelers trailer
-- Mark your current location, up to 8 slots
-- Recall yourself to a Marked location
-- North West map locations
-- North East map locations
-- South West map locations
-- South East map locations
-- Downtown City locations

03. Ham Radio Summoner
-----------------------
- Summon specific Creatures 1 & 2, Ghouls, Raiders, Mutants and Robots
- All summoned creatures will be further up the broken bridge. This gives you a chance to climb atop the trailer and shoot them from above if you wish.

04. Water Foutain
------------------
- Take a drink of fresh water
- Get a purified water added to your inventory

05. Bed
--------
- Sleep the days and nights away

06. First Aid Kit
------------------
- Heal all of your wounds instantly

07. Rad Away Kit
-----------------
- Remove all radiation damage instantly

08. Experience Mainframe
-------------------------
- Gain 100 XP everytime you use it
- Click it rapidly to gain a lot of experience

09. Parts Storage Lockers
----------------------------
- The Special Ops 'weapons' locker
- Replenish on a 3 day timer

10. Static Bobbles of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and Skills
------------------------------------------------
- SPECIAL attributes up to 10 pts, down to 3 pts, one per click.
- Skills up to 200 pts, down to 10 pts, 5 points per click until its over 194 or less than 15, then 1 point per click.
- Click the Bobblehead switch to DECREASE the points instead. Click again to ADD points.

11. Safe that will Summon Bottle Caps
--------------------------------------
- +5000 Bottle Caps every time you use it
- This safe will retain its previous contents

12. Safe that will Summon all Ammo
-----------------------------------
- Select your ammo type and find it in the safe
- All safe's will retain their previous contents

13. Safe that will Summon Bobby Pins
-------------------------------------
- +25 Bobby Pins every time you use it
- This safe will retain its previous contents

14. Safe with Schematics
-------------------------
- Contains one of each Schematic
- This safe will retain its previous contents

15. Workbench
--------------
- Build all your special Schematic items.

16. Toolbox of Schematic Parts
-------------------------------
- Select your Schematic and the four parts necessary will be in the toolbox
- Will retain its previous contents

17. Good/Bad Karma Sets
------------------------
- Use this labratory set and increase or descrease your Karma by 50 points for each useage
- Two sets available. One for positive, the other for negative.

18. Night vision glasses
-------------------------
- Wear this set of armored black glasses to help you see in the dark
- 4 Power levels to choose from: Darker -.25 to Brighter +2.5, +5.0, +7.5

19. Light Switch
-----------------
- Switch to turn all the lights on/off in the area
- If the generator is blown up, then the lights are off permanently.

20. Portable Turrets swtich
---------------------------
- Equip this 'armor' item to drop a portable turret at your current location.
- Be careful, the turrets may attack friendlies as well as enemies.
- Use at your own risk!
- Known to attack water beggers!

21. BONUS items at game start
-----------------------------
- There is a baseball bat in the hall before you take the GOAT test.
- There is a super 10mm gun and 500 10mm ammo in your room when you must leave the vault.

22. Super Sledge of Corpse Vaporization
----------------------------------------
- Super sledge that when you hit a corpse it will vaporize the corpse.
- It will not work on 'pieces' of corpses, just the main body.
- Works instantly on 'summoned' monsters from the ham radio, other locations vanish after cell reset.

23. Perk Terminal
------------------
- Select the perks you want!
- Warning Use at your Own risk!

24. Equipment Sorters
----------------------
- Switches sort different types of equipment
- Ammo option switch allows you to choose which ammo types to keep some of in your inventory

25. Special Armor
------------------
- Combat and Recon armor with special abilities.
- Helmets have build in Night Vision ability.

26. Switch of Merchant goods
-----------------------------
- Click switch to remove all items from the merchant chest
- Speeds up transactions

27. Blazer Blaster pistol
--------------------------
- Powered by the sun. Charges during daylight and exterior locations once per hour
- Powerful beam can blow up your enemies
