-Bedroom (with a wellrest bed, workbench, bobblehead stand*)
-Kitchen (with Ice Cold Nuka Cola Machine**)
-Clinic (with my first infirmary,lab kit,plastic surgery table)
-Armory (with few weapons, decorate it as you wish)
-Generator room (for realism and story line purposes)
-Bathroom (Realism)
-Hidden Safe room (No, it's not the safe under the lab kit/workbench)
-Food Storage area (Thanks to NORTHFIELD for this room)
-A second hidden area (NEW)


Location
===========

The vault is located either near vault 101 and Megaton OR
near Fort Constantine, based on user choice. Either way,
accessing it is easy because a map marker is
automatically added.


Story
==========

The mod also has a plausible story line as to the origin and
purpose of the vault that explains why it's in such good condition
and why it hasn't been looted.

To find out all there is to know, there are a total of 4 holotapes and
one computer terminal inside the vault.

b) Archive invalidation, this can be done through FOMM or with this mod

Installation
=============

1) Copy this folder into your fallout3/data folder.
2) In your FO3 launcher/mod manager, enable the main file
(Vault 89 player home) as well as EITHER of the two files
related to the location you want.
!! Do not enable all 3 files!!

Bugs/Notes
============

Q: I experience odd texture issues where custom textures should be (changing textures)
A: See requirent B

Q: The game crashes while in megaton, or while saving, resting, etc.
A: This was a glitch in an older Fallout 3 Patch and was not related to the mod.
Get the newest FO3 patch to fix this.


*The bobblehead stand works perfectly! Although once you start the mod,
there will be no bobbleheads on it, as soon as you add another, all of
the ones you previously collected will appear on the stand

**The Nuka-Cola machine is fully functional!

*** After a long delay (Sorry about that), the mod is now 100% compatible
with the newest patch.

**** There are reports that many problems will be fixed by using FOMM.

Navmesh update!

-Companions should move much more freely throughout the map,
without getting stuck
-Companions told to 'wait' somewhere in the map should not teleport
or move from their location
