A shack on the Potomac river all done in the wasteland world space

This is a home made completely in the wasteland cell so no loading screens.
Positioned on a previously inaccessible piece of a broken bridge it provides nice security from common threats including the nearby mirelurk nest.
It is positioned in a very nice central location near the super duper mart providing easy access to the city and wider wasteland.
To put it simply I really didn't like a lot of the insanely fancy houses put out on the Nexus so I decided to make something nice and simple that could actually be cobbled together by a lone survivor over time.
Comes with a working fireplace and numerous lights.
Also it might be a bit rough on less powerful machines if you're using texture packs.
I got a hot file spot....I'm so happy. Even if it is when the site is all but dead.

A known bug is that items might vanish from the house. First make sure nobody has been in and taken them. After that look under where they should be as it seems due to how the game works items just fall through the floor/shelves
