I managed to fix the reloading problem.
the gun now fires automatically !!
This is my first mod EVER !!
This mod turns the Hunting Rifle from a single shot Rifle to an Automatic Rifle
No changes were made to the Ammo use and Repair use
You can buy the gun from Moira Brown in the Craterside Supply store in Megaton
OR
You can buy it from Lydia Montenegro in the Boutique Le Chiq store in Tenpenny Tower (in case you did "something")

Installation Instruction's :
Put the .esp file in your Data folder in the Fallout 3 folder
Activate it using the Fallout 3 launcher or any other way
