Based in the Mod Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2 by skingrad24

And this is what it does.
"The rain has a slightly higher delay giving the cpu less work resulting in slightly less raindrops and a smoother gameplay experience then with the original Enhanced Weather."
EDIT: Added some variations in raindrop delay. ( HIGHER NUMBER = HIGHER DELAY= LESS RAINDROPS= LESS CPU )
Instructions:

Install Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2 normally. )*If already installed, well ..... skip this step ... D'oh! XD).
(Detail:RECCOMANDED Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow v2 hotfix b Fomod Package- FULL DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ELSE )
Once installation finish, replace the "Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp" for the modded file in this download.
Replace and you are done XD .

Exactly the same as the original mod.
