Head's up! for those of you using this mod and tried to equip the ghoul mask, some of it's part will be black. i don't know if it's intentional or not. so if you want to prevent it from happening, you might want to remove the ghoul mask folder on data>textures>armor to restore the proper look on the mask. happy gaming peeps ^_^
Yeah looks like the textures were just upscaled to a higher resolution with some sharpen effect added in. Might be worth it for monitors larger than 1080p but I personally prefer retexture mods.
The Outcast Armor seems to have a problem though. It all looks fine until you take it from a dead Outcast member. It stores in your inventory, but once you drop it from your inventory, only the helmet is visible. Where the armor should be is just a big old exclamation mark. Quite annoying.
I've been trying to download this off and on for a week. It fails every time. I have tried this at work as well as home, so 2 totally different networks and internet connections. I have also tried the Dallas and Washington servers with no luck.
Anybody else having trouble?

you should put some better pictures because looking at the pics and also some of the armor there doesnt seem like there very high quality, it just looks like the exact same just with a bit more contrast like someone else said, thats said its a miniscule improvement tbh, maybe there better ones ive nmot seen yet though
Too bad this mod isn't updated for 2015, would love to see either 4K textures or at the very least textures that make all the armor/clothing look brand new and undamaged.
