Located right outside RC just fast travle there and turnaround it should be on the table, also if you download the vault armor file it is in a foot looker bellow the table.This is just a set of armor from my upcoming very big mod its a blue retexture of the hell fire armor and the enclave power helmet with vault numbers on them. Im uploading this now to get feed back on the armor to see what i should change.
