Description:
War. War never changes. In the years after the Great War, mankind struggled to survive in the ruins of Washington, D.C., the once proud capital of America. Violence and death plagued the land in every direction. Out of the ashes, the Thieves Guild emerged. Within years, the violence in what was now the Capital Wasteland started to recover, ever so slowly. The people turned to the Thieves Guild for help when they desired things they did not need to kill for. Or at least, they did. The future of the Thieves Guild lies in your hands. Do you restore them to glory, and spread their influence throughout the wastes? Or do you leave them to die at the hands of a mysterious organization? The choice is yours.

The Thieves Guild is located inside of an old car showroom east of Fairfax Gardens. Be careful. It's a rough neighborhood. Prove your worth, and the guild's leader may allow you to join.

This mod adds over 20 new NPCs, two awesome weapons that can be obtained at the end of the questline, the ability to purchase skill training if a skill is low enough, new quests, fences in all of the major settlements, and at least an hour and a half of content. Note that the quests are unmarked, to provide some sense of "thieving". You will uncover many pop culture references as well.

Installation: Extract to your Data folder, or enable the mod with Fallout Mod Manager.

Requirements: Broken Steel

Bugs/Issues: It is possible an NPC may spawn with the wrong skin color. To correct this, exit the area and return later. Ex-Enclave officer added by update 0.4 may become hostile to Baddog for no reason. No known fix.

Conflicts: None. Fully compatible with The Chryslus Bar and Grill.

Credits: Thanks to fatmanmagister and Werne for the weapon meshes. Bethesda for making Fallout 3. Jeoshua for pointing out the problem with installation and fixing the conflict issue.

Permissions: Expand upon it, change it all together, whatever you want to do. Just credit me, Werne, or fatmanmagister respectively.

Recommendations:
-War Never Changes, Main Title Music Replacer:

-The Chryslus Bar and Grill (Adult-Only). Synchronizes well with the Thieves Guild.

Way better than FOOK or FWE.
