Well, here's another one of my modders resources, calipers, a device used for precised measuring. This model is made for Skyrim, however the tools neded to export the model to Skyrim are not finished so I decided to release it for Fallout first.

Texture:
textures\Werne\WerneCalipers\texture0.dds
textures\Werne\WerneCalipers\NormalMap.dds
You are free to do whatever you want with this, the model and textue are made from scratch so you can use them for anything.
