First, I would like to thank Bethesda for making the game and
Fallout 3 Nexus for it's existence.

While playing I always hated the building cracking sounds being too loud.
Rumbling and other noises took away the chance to hear anything else
like enemy footsteps. Also the wind sound outdoors and the crickets
caused my ears to ring after a while.

This mod changes the volume of all these sounds in game. Only the
original files were modified and put back in. So this pack IS A REPLACER.

Modified are:
- cracking and rumbling of caves and structures
- 2 doors
- wind
- crickets and flies
- swamp and frogs
- lights buzzing

There are also sounds here from DLCs so they will be changed as well
if the DLC is installed. If not they simply wont be used.

Intall: copy the data directory into your game folder matching the directory
structure. Simple.
