Have you ever wanted to kill a target from a long range using vats? Does it piss you off when you go to use vats and you get a low percentage to hit? Well then this mod is for you. Not only is the range that you can use vats increased, but also is the accuracy.
Place this file in the data folder and check off in FOMM. I don't think it needs FOSE since I have not tried running without it.
