This mod turns the Quantum Chemist perk from Broken Steel into a laboratory option, available once you have the perk. It works the same way, except that ice cold nuka colas are also included, but have a different priority, so if you have 9 nuka colas and 9 cold colas, you'll end up with 1 quantum and 8 cold colas.
