Despite using the model for the environment / radiation suit, the Enclave Science Suit has the same stats as the average lab coat (DR: 3 / Wt: 2 / +5 Science / cost: 8). This just doesn't seem right to me.
This mod changes the Enclave Science Suit (and the Unique Enclave Science Suit known as the All-Purpose Science Suit) to give it the same physical stats as the radiation suit (DR: 6 / Wt: 5 / +30 radiation resistance / cost: 75 --- while keeping the +5 Science bonus), and makes it repairable using standard radiation suits.
The All-Purpose Science Suit has identical stats, but with a +10 Science / cost: 90.
This makes the Enclave Science Suit actually useful, logical, and unique.
The Enclave Science Suit (as the name implies) can be found on Enclave scientists, at a few key locations in the Wasteland, in the latter part of the Main Quest. As for the All-Purpose Science Suit, I have no idea where it can be found.

Installation

Extract the archive into your Fallout 3\ Data folder (default C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data).
Open FALLOUT.INI (default ...\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\FALLOUT.INI) with any text editor and change the value of bInvalidateOlderFiles from 0 to 1 (i.e., bInvalidateOlderFiles=1).
Uninstallation

Remove the EnclaveScienceSuit.esp file from Fallout 3\Data\ folder.
