also has modded values such as WEIGHT, AP, HP,VALUE etc. REFER BACK TO ME IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
- Permissions and credits
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
1. extract files to anywhere
2. cut and paste "Textures" into a texture folder(if you haven't got one make one)
in fallout 3 Data.
3.copy the .ESE from extracted files and paste it in fallout 3 data.
4.enter it in FOMM (fallout Mod Manager).
OR HERE IS AN EASIER WAY TO INSTALL
1. Open FOMM.
2. Click on Package manager.
3. Click on "add FOmod".
4. then navigate your way to where you downloaded the file and open it.
5. click on the added file in the mod list in package manager.
then over to the right hit activate.
