At first, this is my first release and i'm also new to modding so be patient with me :)


I thought the Tenpenny Suite should be bigger and more homelike, so i tried to make a place where you can feel home. I added a second room with a small pool, some furniture and some other things in both rooms.
I moved the styles out, so if you have blown up Megaton, don't buy a style if you don't want to waste your caps.

You still have to buy the Nuka Vending machine, lab, workbench, medical station and the jukebox for the first room (there's a jukebox placed in the second room).
There's a terminal where you can remove or get back that annoying robot Godfrey!
I placed an interface at the medical station where you can completely change your charachter.
There are two safes next to the balcony entry/exit. The key is placed behind the car. (look for the tyres)

Both rooms are navmeshed and companion friendly.
I placed a map marker on the balcony so you can fast travel there.


How to get the Suite:
You can follow the normal way, so if you want to blow up Megaton, you'll get the key and ownership from Mr.Burke.
If you don't like to destroy Megaton, there is a floorsafe upstairs in the bedroom in your megaton house.It's locked easy level and you'll find the key and ownership inside.


How to install:
Unpack the esp and copy it to your data folder. (Fallout3\Data)
Check the esp in FOMM or game launcher.


Uninstall:

Just delete the esp from your data folder.
Important: Make sure before uninstall that you switched back Godfrey, otherwise he's gone forever :)


Issues or Bugs:

None so far, ecxept a little navmesh problem with the pool i couldn't fix, it appeares sometimes but should not cause any trouble!
