Installation : Unzip the file, and drop the data folder into your Fallout3 directory.

Location : Big Town, Megaton, Rivet City, Canterbury Commons

v1.2 : All Navmesh was edited. You can overwrite v1.2 to v1.0 and v1.1. Companion's behavior became natural.
v1.1 : Navmesh was added to interior space. You can overwrite v1.1 to v1.0.
v1.0 : First MOD
Single bed x1, No respawn container x5
Work Bench, Lab Set, Infirm Set, Water Fountain (No RAD)
