This is a text document adds a console command to the command console that shall add all of the available fallout 3 perks and boosts your characters skills and S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
(I tried to add the DLC perks skills but it requires the load order which varies from person to person)
Install instructions go to C:\program files\bethesda softworks\fallout 3 copy and paste the file ther name it something easy to remember when you start the game open the command console and type: bat (your chosen name)
I do not mind if you spread this file everywhere just give me credit :-)
If you have any suggestions on a little task i could do i would be obliged
