Damage sucks in vats for some odd reason, not too sure about normal, which is a damn shame because I absolutely LOVE how the gun looks, but hate the functionality.
Alternatively, I found a mod that increases the damage and works properly, even adding the effect from pyromaniac! But then I don't get the sexy prototype texture D:
It is marked as LOB property, in the space over the trigger. It's marked as LOB ENTERPRISES PROJECT ZHU-RONG, with the version number (41 marked in the space over the grip.
Hmm, not bad! Maybe you should put a sticker somewhere stating 'Property of L.O.B. Enterprises'. That would also contribute to the uniqueness. The textures look good, at least they don't stand out when next to some other Fallout gun. I don't want to rate this just yet, maybe after a few tweaks.
