DESCRIPTION:

For those of you who want to play Fallout looking "kind of" like Pre-War era then THIS IS FOR YOU! This changes almost all of Fallouts Armor and Weapon textures to look like a prewar guns and Armor. This is great for those of you who love to play as a survivor of a virus that wiped out most of the world or by other means. There is literally a lot you can do to justify why the world looks like the way it does now.
This will be a VERY big mod as it will be replacing many of Fallout's original armor and weapon textures to give them a cleaner, refurbished look. Every day more and more areas get repaired.
NOTE: Should you experience crashing with the .ESP activated, then there's a confliction somewhere and I recommend disabling it.
So please, Enjoy!
Installation/Uninstallation:

To install, all you need to do is download the file, unzip it to Bethesda Soft works/Fallout 3/Fomm/Mods
Then activate both fomod's with FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager)
To uninstall, just deactivate the fomod's using FOMM. Simple!
