Hmm, I guess then the only way would be to scale the mesh itself, but then one would have to scale the clothes for it too. Sounds like way too much work, so I guess I'll stick to being a very tall dwarf :p
Not yet.. but I'm planning on it as soon as I can find a decent mesh for a short guy.
Funny thing is.... it's canon. Ever played Fallout 1? There were like... 5 dwarves in that game. Or midgets. Whatever you want to call them. Just don't call em that to their face when they have a shotgun the size of your leg.
Edit: Same engine, wouldn't take too much hacking... http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8455
Hmm... I suppose it would be pretty trivial to lengthen the handle. Currently it's built along those lines, but for the hand spacing in the existing game animation. Seemed like a bit of a waste to give it more handle than that, since you can't really use a wider grip on it than what the game animation gives you.

Old topic, but if you are still intrested, Jaysus made a short fat char, "Fat Joe" look in COMM.

Not used.
Arggggggrh. So the Dwarf mod is out of the question as well. Simply unsupported for some ungodly reason.
Bethsoft: When No Fat Chicks doesn't go far enough.
