Suddenly, the wasteland seems even less forgiving... as all those precious skillbooks that were lying
around before aren't there no more - there's a lot less of them, and getting to them won't be easy.
Details - Standard Edition
--------------------------
- Reduced each skillbooks total count to 1! (That's 1 Big Book of Science in the entire wasteland)
- Skillbooks now give 25 skillpoints, Comprehension doubles those points.
- Each book is in a tough spot to get for newer Wasters, for those wanting a challenge:

get the books early or need a copy of the book for mods that allow books to be displayed.

Installation
------------
- Copy the "Skillbook Scarcity.esp"/"Skillbook Scarcity - Collector Edition.esp" file into the "Fallout 3\Data Folder"
Fallout Launcher installation
- Start Fallout normally, enter the "Data Files" and activate the "Skillbook Scarcity.esp"/"Skillbook Scarcity - Collector Edition.esp" file
FOMM (Fallout Mod Manager) installation
- Start FOMM and place the "Skillbook Scarcity.esp"/"Skillbook Scarcity - Collector Edition.esp" file within the group of your weapons files
- Activate the file and launch FOSE
Removal
-------
- Removal of the "Skillbook Scarcity.esp"/"Skillbook Scarcity - Collector Edition.esp" file will uninstall it - no textures or meshes to delete.
Incompatibilities
-----------------
- Skillbook mods that alter book locations and/or behaviour
- Doesn't affect any books added by DLCs (if any)

This mod was made with the intention of making the game a bit harder, but also reducing the amount of
skillbooks within the game altogether, hence its classification as a "cheat" mod.
