About this mod
Increases Re-spawn rate to 36 game Hours, adds new bosses in most interiors for medium to high level players

This mod does all of the following:
Adds new boss characters to almost all major interiors
(except cities, main quest areas etc)
New Bosses are of Moderate Hit points, and stats.
Blocks you from pick pocketing super mutant and bosses
Respawns creatures in most areas in 36 game hour intervals
Levels the creatures WITH YOU!
Quest NPC's, followers, killed main characters do not respawn if you or someone else in game kills them
Behemoths (some of them) will now respawn as well
Each version made gets harder and harder. if you only want the milder fights select 1, the extreme version 1.04
BE PREPARED FOR STRONGER FIGHTS!

Unzip file into FALLOUT3/DATA directory and check the new esp in your "DATA FILES" command on fallout 3

More fights, more fun, potentially fixed bug that will conflict with other mods. Not 100% tested but what I did seemed fine. Please report any bugs to it in this forum
Tougher battles More Bosses, and mini Bosses
Random encounters now can include bosses, and mini bosses (when you are player levels 14-20)
bosses and mini bosses now can be more aggressive.
many creatures have turrets protecting them.
Some exteriors now have set encounters
Capitol building level 1 is now very aggressive be warned!

Other peoples user mods can also edit exact same locations (or close) causing game conflicts
This mod is recommended to use alone and not in conjunction with other mods that alter spawn rate, or increasing creature concentrations
All bosses and mini bosses in this game are NEW CREATURES, and do not affect existing creatures in game.

**************POSSIBLE BUGS IN MODS*******************
CTD or Crash to desktop may occur when entering new rooms or QUICKSAVE. this is generally not a error with this mod it is a fallout error when loading new cells in association with mods
to get beyond this restart launcher make sure this ESP is not running load game. then SAVE at most recent location you went. Do a quicksave.
Exit game, restart launcher check ESP you chose
run game you should now be able to continue bug free.
Use this trick on any mod you may use that causes this.
