A Secret Armoury left behind by the previous owner when they fled before the fallout.

This is my first mod that i have created and i admit it might need some work. So if anyone finds any problems or wish for me to add more stuff onto the mod. leave a comment. Also if anyone can give me advice on how to improve my skills that would be much appreciated.
This mod includes a safehouse near springvale and deep inside the house lies a secret armoury with plenty of storage for your character. The add on also includes ammo and armour as well as other usable storage
if you are having trouble accessing the lower armoury where the cell door is, the key for it is in the bedroom.
----Install----
Just add the secret armoury GECK file into your Fallout 3 Data directory
This mod now requires no mods to work. sorry for the inconvenience.
