Just unchecked some dialogue options so now you can actually initiate conversation more frequently with the inhabitants of Little Lamplight, without them sending you to hell. This is espacially usefull if you use something like Primary Needs or Imps More Complex Needs and you don't want to wait 24 hours to get a word with Mayor MacCready for your pass in the Vault at the back.
