This is my first mod on Fallout instead of Oblivion, and since my game lags like there's no tomorrow, there may be some glitches, feel free to report any.
Overview
This house is very basic, and is designed to suit the minimalist's tastes. I deigned it to look as tidy as possible, unlike most houses in game.
Location
This house can be easily discovered from the start. There is a Map Marker pinpointing the entry, but the house is located nearby the entrance of Megaton, look South East.
(There is a fast travel Marker available from the start)
Installation
Manual - Guide to manual installation. Tap into your imagination and when it says Oblivion think Fallout 3, and imagine the Launcher of Fallout 3 not Oblivion, and it will work. (It suggests using Winrar, however this mod is a zip, which Windows can unpack without winrar. If you find you ever need to unpack rar files, i recommend 7-zip)
Automatic - If you have Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM) installed, you can install the mod extremely easily by downloading the FOMOD version. Simply extract the .fomod file, and double click it. If double clicking causes Microsoft to become confused and ask you what the Hell you're trying to do, then open FOMM > Package Manager > Click dropdown arrow next to 'Create FMOD' > Select 'add FMOD' > Navigate to the file you downloaded > Follow the steps.

O - Due to the way the game objects are designed, there will be a floating shadow near the entrance when looked from above. This is because the house base has been designed with a static shadow, and is built into a slanted terrain. I will resolve this sometime near the next update.
Version Differences
Italics means it is no longer available.
1.2 - Fixed companions getting stuck in objects, fixed fridge, moved house further uphill.

o - Since everyone in the Fallout world is not a dog, i will try and make the toilet sittable not drinkable.
