Stops the water beggars \"begging\" after you give them 5 bottles

Small thing that bugged me in the game was how, after you give the water beggars some water, although you have "saved their life", they continue to ask for water. And the implication is that if you were to go away somewhere, they would still die.
So I made this little mod - after 5 bottles, they will acknowledge you as their saviour, but no longer ask for water. This also limits the amount of karma you can earn this way to 750 (for all 3).
Should have no conflicts with anything that doesn't touch the water beggars.

Known bugs:
- As I have disabled their idle dialogue of begging for water, they will instead have the default idle dialogue of the town they are next to.
So I made this little mod - after 5 bottles, they will acknowledge you as their saviour, but no longer ask for water. This also limits the amount of karma you can earn this way to 750 (for all 3).
