Fixes some bug, with the armor and it\'s helmet.

====Descrition====
This is mod fixes some bug, with the Winterized T51b Power Armor. This is my first mod, so I mostly made it for practice.
====Fixes====
- Fixes the bug, when picking up the armor, it's complete the "You gotta shot 'em in the head" quest.
- Fixes the helmet helmet pipboy image.
- On starting the plugin, the game should change your armor (originally you have the armor from the simulation, it's unbreakable) to the proper armor (planned for out of simulation). Same for the helmet.
- In the Outcast Outpost Armory now you will get the proper armor.
====Requirements====
1.7 patch (maybe an earlier, but not garantued) and Operation Anchorage.
====Compatible====
Anything that doesn't change the armor, the helmet or the armor stand in the armory.
====Installation====
Just place the esp file in the data folder and check the file in the data files.
