Adds springvale cafe , where you can buy various new/old food items from Zen. , plus added two new springvale settlers with topics to chat with. , One with a speech challenge. , Rebbeca near the springvale playground and Fletchi near the red rocket in springvale.

Adds springvale hotel , where you can buy a hotel room for 150 caps from KYLE , the hotel also has a chef which you can buy spagheti and sweetrolls from. Plus when you buy a room you get a maid which can style your hair , repair your stuff , etc.

You can chat with the settlers / customers in the grocery store now.
