About this mod

Makes the Armored Vault Suit a craftable item and adds three schematics to the Capital Wasteland. Now with CRAFT compatible version.

Permissions and credits
Finally, a use for all those jumpsuits you collected whilst escaping from Vault 101!

In addition to the suit Moira gives you for contributing to the foreword of The Wasteland Survival Guide, you can now make your own armored Vault 101 jumpsuits.

One benefit of this mod is that, with a little legwork and inspired scrounging, you can fabricate your own spares with which to repair the original, instead of having to pay exorbitant sums of caps to traders and other NPCs.

As with all the other custom weapons in the vanilla Fallout 3 game, there are three schematics to find, scattered across the Capital Wasteland.

The four components you require shouldn't be *too* difficult to acquire, though of course they shouldn't be too easy either.

This mod is available in two flavours:

1) The first is *not* CRAFT compatible, so it takes up the eighth slot on the workbench meaning it is almost certainly incompatible with other mods that add non-CRAFT schematics.

2) The second is now, after much trial and error and reverse engineering, CRAFT compatible (so you will of course need CRAFT). This version has had only limited testing so please let me know if you detect any problems or oddities. Credit has to of course go to Highsight for creating the really damn brilliant CRAFT mod in the first place.

Let me know what you think of it, what needs changing or if you have any suggestions or problems. This is only my second released mod, and the first requiring any significant scripting (significant for me...I'm really not that good with that side of things).

Also, let me know if the locations and required components are good or bad, or cause too much conflict with other mods - though I can't see that it would be too bad.

This mod shouldn't require any other files or mods to run, since it has been made entirely using assets found in vanilla Fallout 3.

Don't read on if you prefer to go exploring in order to stumble across the schematics yourself.

***SPOILERS***

If, on the other hand, you want to know where to get the schematics, and also which areas and NPCs this mod alters for the purposes of conflict resolution, read on.

This mod may conflict with others that alter or add to the following locations and NPCs:

Craterside Supply
VAPL-58 Power Station
Crow (Caravan Merchant)
