Prevents the ghouls from killing the residents of Tenpenny Tower after a diplomatic solution has been reached.

Tested to work with patch 1.7.

The only thing this mod changes is the "MS12FinScript" script. The changes are:

1. Stop Tenpenny getting killed as soon as you notify Roy the ghouls are free to move in.
2. Removes the condition to kill every human if a peaceful solution has been reached. The same routine was used to handle both the hostile takeover and the peaceful migration, now it only handles the takeover.

Yes, Roy's ghoulfriends will reopen the shops the bigots had abandoned.

Move the file to your Fallout 3/data folder, enable the mod in Fallout launcher/FOMM.

I suggest placing the mod at the very bottom of the list, due to both the fact that it is extremely unlikely to conflict with other mods and the extreme likelihood of yet another house mod maker clicking "recompile all scripts" without knowing what it does and overriding this mod.

Remove the file from your Fallout 3/data folder.

Note that uninstalling this mod or loading a savegame without it will result in the game reverting to default behavior and killing every human inside Tenpenny Tower the next time you are in an interior cell for at least 5 seconds. This is how it's intended to be. if you are irritated by loose mods but still like your humans breathing, then you may change it to have a permanent effect on the savegame or use the following console command: "set MS12.GhoulsOk to 6", it should prevent the massacre routine from firing.
