Description
===========
Reduces the skill increases provided by the skill Bobbleheads to 4 (from 10). Made for a request by Silly Ed.
Install
=======
1. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Activate the .ESP through the launcher or FOMM (recommended).
Uninstall
=========
1. Deactivate .ESP through the launcher or FOMM.
2. Delete the .ESP.
Upgrade
=======
Future versions are unlikely (assuming everything actually works this time).
Incompatibility
===============
This mod will conflict with any mods that alter the initial Bobblehead scripts (but not mods that alter the Bobbleheads themselves).
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
None, so far.

=======
1.0 - 12/15/08 - Initial (and likely final) release.
1.1 - 12/15/08 - Changed popup messages to reflect new skill increase.
1.2 - 9/28/09 - Fixed mod; it should actually work now. How no one noticed that the mod wasn't actually changing the effects (until recently) will remain a mystery forever. Also fixed some readme errors from hasty copy/pasting.
