A black and blue Mesmetron Rifle that makes people\'s head explode.

Description

This adds a laser rifle with an attached Mesmetron.
I changed the color scheme to black/blue, including a custom blue projectile derived from the Liberty Prime laser.
The weapon has a 20% chance of making the targets head explode and deals slightly less damage than the laser rifle.
It can be repaired with standard laser rifles and uses MF-Cells as ammo.
There are two rifles obtainable in the Wasteland:
one on the work bench in craterside supply
and one on the desk in the Tenpenny tower lobby.
Install:

Just drop the meshes and textures folders and the .esp into your Fallout3/Data Folder.
