i am joshua and i made this mod to get more vendors and get
experience with the geck wich i want to be the MASTER of :D

and finally here it is : TheSettlement 1.2 !

long ago when the bomb fell there was a little settlement over by springvale that
servived the bomb! they now heard of you and want you in to be their master ...
this town is very populair couse it has 4 vendors ( 1 is totaly gay )
it's own army , your house , some settlers ....

settlement location : springvale
should be oke with other mods , i just deleted some destroyed houses and made it my base!

REQUIREMENTS

well i only used fallout3.esm so nothing required
tough it IS handy to get FOMM FalloutModManager > IT HAS NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH MY MOD
ITS JUST THAT I RECOMMEND IT .....
READ THIS : I ALSO EXTRAMELY RECOMMEND NOT TO SHOOT ANYONE IN THE CAMP BLACKY WILL GO TROUGH WALL AND IT WILL BE HARD TO FIND HIM )
