Fallout 3 is a beautiful game. Bethesda Softworks create this awesome brand after 10 years from realese a last part of game, and they did a really great job. But Fallout 3 have an another atmosphere, created for a 'today-gamers'. My target was a re-create a classic atmosphere and bringing back all old style and gameplay elements into Capital Wasteland, how i can.
1. Atmosphere and Graphic.
-Overworked more than 90% of all textures, the biggest part is photorealistic and re-created from FO1\2.
-New upgrated shader and graphics technology, a new lighting and weather system. Classic post-nuclear weather like in Fallout1-style, and sunny clear days like in Fallout2 and FO:Tactics. All Weathers was created by me.
-Updated all graphical effects.
-Really Post-nuclear Desert, looks liked in old games.
2. Sound and Music.
-Restored all Classic Ambient tracks.
-Restored -ALL- classic sounds(include all weapons shots).
-Added a lot of new ambient music from a russian 'Wasteland Radio' project by Andriey Gogiev.
-Added new Dynamic Battle Music from Fallout: Tactics.
3. Gameplay and Balance.
-Restored all classic math schemes and charachteristics.
-Classic expirience and level up's
-Max level is 99 - REALLY WORKED AND BALANCED for gameworld
-Restored and upgrated all Perks.
-Added a classic Traits.
-Restored classic math schemes of HealthPoint, Action Points and Maximum Weight.
-Restored all charactheristics of all weapons, armors and NPCs.
-Upgrated Artifical Intellegence of NPCs an Monsters.
-Simulation of Turn-Combats in V.A.T.S. or a Full Classic Turn Combat Mode with simulation of Isometric Camera(optional only one)
4. Iterface.
-Restored Classic Interface with all windows and Talking Heads, and a unique HUD, created by Me.
-New and classic Loading Screens, Main menu, Classic World Map and skin of PipBoy2000
5. The New.
-Restored all classic skins of monsters, like SuperMutants, Ghouls, Mr. Handy and others. Restored classic textures and models of all weapons and big part of armors from FO1\2.
-Added classic mutants models(Marts Mutant Mod with my textures).
-Basic needs, like sleeping, thirst and hungry.
And more, more, more another things!
At this moment, i have the Final Version 1.1 of mod only in my computer, but soon i download this into Internet.
Now, mod have only a RUSSIAN LANGUAGE.
The Size of Final 1.1 Version is more than 6gb.
