About this mod

This Mod changes the T-51B from the vanilla game and from OA DLC in a few ways. For one it eliminates the ability to obtain the simulation version of the T-51B but it improves the armor itself as well as how it is repaired.

Description
===========
This mod normalizes Armor values, it also fixes the oversight which allowed you to obtain the simulation version of this suit of armor.

The Repairlist for T-51B includes all three suits just in case you decide to keep the simulation version, same applies for the Helmet.

The following value changes are designed to balance the armor set around the Hellfire Armor set which is more easily repaired than the T-51B.

T-51 Armor Health increased to 3000 from 2000.
T-51B Helment Health increased to 500 from 100.
Wasteland Winterized T-51B Health increased to 3000 from 1000.
Wasteland Winterized T-51B Health DR increased to 50 from 45.
Wasteland Winterized T-51B Helmet Health increased to 500 from 100.
Simulation Winterized T-51B DR increased to 50 from 45.
