Leaving this here for people that use mod managers for easy installation:

Agatha Radio Enhanced (MP3 Mono) version
    Agatha Radio Enhanced (WAV) version

A bit late to the party here, but what Raptre is trying to say is that you have to extract both of the secondary zip files at the same time. Just highlight them both and extract them with 7-zip. The files will automatically merge and there should be no issues.
    Basically:
    1. Download both files.
    2. Extract the files to retrieve the second zip packets.
    3. Put both of the secondary zip files into the same folder.
    4. Highlight both and extract the files at the same time.
    5. Recompress the Sound, fomod, and esp files to create the finished mod.
I'd say this clarification shouldn't be needed, but......I just realized this after having used this mod for years now. Odds are others have as well.

guys, please,i was having some issues with my radio,i could hear agatha's voice but not her violin,so i downloaded and installed the mod to see if it fixes the problem, wich didn't. Any ideas on how can i solve this? I know the question is like 10 years old,but the thing that im enjoying the most on this quarentine so far is playing fallout 3.

EDIT: just figured out that not just agatha's station has the issue, but i cant listen to any song, just the voice of the radialist on any other radio since really early on the game

sounds like a mod conflict. hard to fix that mid play. but next time you install mods take the time to learn how they work together, and how to make a merged patch. its a lot of work to set up a lot of mods, but worth it in the end imo. i'll spend a couple days at least choosing mods, looking at conflicts, merging and testing until i'm ready to play. hell, my last skyrim playthrough was 2 weeks of prep first. that being said, i generally play with little to no issue with crashes or bugs, it's worth the effort to prep and learn.

In case anyone else encounters the issue with track 23, follow KitsuneOuka's fix posted below...worked like a charm!

Extract all downloaded parts to this mod in a new folder on your hard drive. Once that it done extract "Agatha Radio Enhanced v1.2.part1.rar" to a new folder on your hard drive.

If you did that correctly and you still experience issues, try and redownload each part again. Sometimes your browser can stop downloading a file prematurely. Also sometimes internet connections can experience packet loss and cause the download it be faulty.

I got it to work the second time after the suggestion from Raptre and beerisyum. I also made a single zip installer for Mod Managers. If Raptre wants to use it i could upload it to my page with permission and then delete it after he uploads the file.

@johannes1395 I know this is kinda late but I was having what I thought was the same problem. I found out I was really just over complicating things. Just forget anything else you want to do and follow the instructions exactly. Download both parts and extract, take the two rars you get and put into a folder and then just extract the first part. Take sounds and esp file and drag into your FO3 data folder. No need to mess with the second part, you can even look in the sound folder you extract and see it has all 30 songs both regular and mono at full file size.

Tried the multiple suggestions to get part 2 to work but like others have said track 23 seems to be corrupted. I Noticed that both zip files were within a zip file as well. If i could get part 2 to unzip without errors i could make a new zip file and install from my mod manager. I still gave my endorsement for the time and effort put into the mod and hope for an update.
