This is a very simple mod I whipped up to make all stimpacks weigh 999 pounds. This effectively prevents you from carrying even a single stimpack around (unless you like walking very slowly). This makes combat and injuries much more dangerous and tense. I prefer to play this combined with FWE set on fairly harsh settings with no fast travel. This way food won't heal you and once injured you have to limp around searching for stimpacks to use on the spot.
I've been playing with this mod for a while now and have not encountered any problems so far. I hope some of you who want an increased challenge will enjoy this mod as much as I do. (This, combined with FWE, is the only way the Fallout world feels as dangerous, harsh, and unforgiving as I think it should feel.)
No special installation procedure. Just unzip it, drop it in the Data directory and turn it on.
