Adds the Gauss Rifle and Rail Gun

A balanced weapon, created for those fond of the alien blaster, but not fond of using its irreplaceable ammo (fort independence aside).

The gauss rifle is the entry form of the weapon, and is collected off the body of a certain slaver leader. The gauss rifle is a decent weapon in its own right, but if shown to a certain trader, one with skills in science and writing, she may upgrade it to the coveted rail gun, which has knockdown power.

Taking critical damage and effects into account, the Rail gun is probably slightly stronger than the alien blaster, but certainly well within the range of the original weapons.

By no means god weapons, the ammo these use are available at most ammo traders after a few game days, but is balanced by the ammo's relatively high cost. Just enough to stop an average player from becoming a juggernaut.

NOTES:

- As electromagnetic guns, these weapons are controlled by the science skill.

- To "show" it to the trader, you must have it equipped when you speak to her, and must have a decent science skill

- If you have already killed the slaver leader, you can fight him again with the console command
