Strips all Leveled lists for items, mutants, weapons and NPC\'s from the vanilla game and MMM, and makes them ALL appear at level 1.
This should make things hard and scary. Beware.

Your character has spent the last 19 years of his/her pampered life with everything at their fingertips, and the biggest threat was a bunch of douche bags known as the Tunnel Snakes.
In vanilla Fallout 3, you shot your way out of the vault, only to be confronted by oh no lookout! A mutated blow fly, an emaciated dog or two, and a hairy weak mole rat.. What a lucky and carefree life you lead!
With this mod, all that is about to change. Expect to exit the vault and immediately struggle to survive and deal with the pain and fear of confronting the deadliest mutants that MMM and Vanilla has to offer, combined with those pesky annoying blow fly's to boot.
You live in an irradiated, post-apocalyptic wasteland now. Get used to it!
REQUIREMENTS: Mart's Mutant Mod RC-6 and Fallout 3.
LOAD ORDER: Load the esp after all MMM esp's and you should be right to go. Enjoy! :)
