A crowbar, good at smashing crates. Probably was salvaged from the remains of Black Mesa.
This adds a crowbar into Fallout 3. I've added it into some vendor stock list, and to Raiders melee weapon list. (You'll eventually see it once you get to level 6.)
Also added a unique crowbar somewhere in the wastelands. The picture provided may give you a hint.
