This is a quick mod I put together in a couple of hours while watching football tonight.
I was wandering around PL and thinking to myself, I need a little cozy shack by the beach here to store my stuff before heading back to the Capital Wasteland. The result is this.
It's located close to the boardwalk in Point Lookout.
Comes with Mapmarker.
The basement doors have no cell so they don't do anything...yet.

Wanted to also add:
- Dock with a player owned boat like the Duchess Gambit.
- Garden in the back yard.
- Turrets for extra protection or guards.
- Modern furniture and appliances like my last two mods have.
- Armory added as an extra building in the backyard.
- Tool shed also in back yard.
- Basement with maybe a secret entrance to a PL vault? Who knows.
- And some additional clutter.
