Hello everyone, this is my latest mod, an overhaul of the default Megaton House you get after disarming the bomb.

Lately my Fallout 3 character has been living in the room for rent in the saloon. But it was rather small and it was getting full of stuff, so it was time to move. But i have never liked the default megaton house. That's why i decided to give it a little spice and blow some life in that old stinky box of metal.

I deleted everything that was originally in the house, and yes, that includes the super-ugly-athmosphere-ruining bobble head stand. I think that this mod is also incompatible with any of the my megaton house themes or add ons like the juke box, but i haven't tested it and i won't. I intended to make the place more realistic and more wasteland style. So take it or leave it.

I added alot of things in the house like a fire place, good storage, new bed rooms, and more. (see the images)

I will probably realease some very small updates over time, but i like the house the way it is now. Only problem is is that i'm not really good at navmeshing. I have tried my best to navmesh the place but my sydney companion is still not moving around in the house. This has not been tested with any of the vanilla companions. If you think you have some skill with the GECK and you can navmesh this properly, please let me know.

I am open to critism, and requests, so if you've got anything to say about this, don't hesitate.
